Baker Street's early move-in policy is that we do not allow early move-ins. The time between current tenants moving out and new tenants moving in can be as little as two weeks and we need all the time we can get to ensure that the property is properly cleaned and maintained. If you have a move-in date in August this rule is very firm, but if your move-in date is in a different month, you may be eligible for an exception.

Sometimes we can clean and maintain a property faster than expected. If that is the case, the property is eligible for an early move-in. In order to find our whether or not your property is eligible for an early move-in, send us an email and we will let you know if you can move in to your property sooner. Pro-rated rent rates will be applied to early move-ins.
